Responsibility. Her responsible, dynamic and organizational personality has always made her stand out in her career. Her potential was recognized early on, while still at college. Even as an intern she already had a whole team under her responsibility. She has remained in leadership positions ever since, which has given her a broad understanding of the main mechanisms needed to improve the functioning of the teams she has worked with.
Her previous experience brought her not only the dynamism to define strategies for solving complex cases, but also the realization that her career would only be fully successful with the creation of a unique firm. This firm would be one in which high productivity and technical quality are not antagonistic, but walk hand-in-hand, and reveal themselves through a unique service, where the partners pay careful attention to every case.
This spirit of entrepreneurship, built on conscientiousness and quality, had already grown sufficiently that she did not hesitate to accept the proposal of Bruno Boris - with whom she had worked for more than five years - to found the law firm that was already waiting for the right time to be born.
Speaking of birth, her trajectory again demonstrated a false antagonism, as it was during this moment of full professional achievement that her greatest personal achievement came to be, the motherhood she had long dreamed of. This contributed to her professional performance, further sharpening her ability to solve more complex cases, as well as her attentive and receptive outlook, helping her to establish clear, swift and effective communication.
Communication is the basis of everything. Guided by this knowledge, her work now actively permeates all areas of the firm. It focuses on the creation of practical mechanisms that bring together case management with the rules and procedures of its clients. To achieve this, she uses technology to ensure effective communication, encouraging the team to keep the firm’s internal system and the clients' own systems constantly up-to-date. This also involves developing workflows that not only contemplate deadlines, but also review the parts, propositions and procedural strategies, subject of the partners ongoing dialogue, and defining the best solutions.
